Bored to Death

Brkfast:
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup of blueberries
Drizzle of Agave Nectar
Dashes of Cinnamon

Lunch:
1 pieces of TJ cracked Wheat Sourdough bread
Nutella
1 handful of blueberries

Workout:
45 minute walk + 15 min run

Snack:
1 med apple

Dinner:
Kalbi
White Rice + Furikake
Lettuce to wrap Kalbi
Go Chu Jang sauce
Cucumbers

Dessert:
1 scoop Chocolate Peanut Butter
1 scoop Cookies and Cream
